Overview
NoTemp.email respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through the NoTemp.email Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information for us to locate the material (e.g., a URL or description)
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access or terminate the accounts of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of repeat status.
